Guidelines of Corporate Governance
Approved by the Board, effective February 11, 2009
The Board of Directors (the "Board") of Radian Group Inc. ("Radian" or the "Company")
has established guidelines for corporate governance based on an assessment of the best
corporate practices and the best approach for Radian. These guidelines are revised when
the Board determines that changes are appropriate.
Independent directors make decisions on matters of corporate governance.
