EDI has revolutionized mortgage banking. Transmit and receive loan data faster and
easier, increase productivity and on-line data storage, reduce errors compared to manual data re-entry
and improve data integrity. Radian will work with your technology staff to build an interface either in
X.12 or XML formats (standard MISMO or proprietary XML). We also offer electronic ordering opportunities
from a number of industry portals and loan origination systems.

and third-party portals to streamline the mortgage process. Services include:

We can conduct EDI business over Advantis, Goldworks, MornetPlus, REALTrans, Fidelity,
the Internet and direct dial-up.
